What does a day in the life of a social media designer look like?

As a designer, even though I'm specifically focused on social media right now, my skills are so widespread that I do venture off into other areas. This includes web design or email newsletters. I kind of just do whatever anyone asks.

Whether that's my manager or someone on the promotion or brand side, people come to me with requests, and I fill them. It's nice because I like to work independently, and a lot of my work involves doing what people request.

But when I do get to collaborate, it's those few bits of conversation in the beginning where they tell me the idea or what they're looking for, and I get to [unclear].
