What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
As a graphic designer, depending on where you're working, my experience varies. I've worked in many different industries and types of companies, currently in-house, but I've also been at an agency before.
Throughout my career, I've often been the only designer or creative person on my team. It's always a bit challenging to communicate with people who don't understand design language or theory. Navigating those differences in understanding when creating something can be difficult.
