How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I would say the people who typically thrive in this industry require two things. The first is curiosity.
A lot of the things we're doing are new and different. Because of that, you have to be willing to understand that you won't usually have the solutions in your bag of tricks.
You have to be willing to read up on things and reach out to other people. I guess the second thing is also humility.
This is the ability to go faster by having other people help you build that role as you're trying to walk alongside it.
