What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge, especially at the beginning, was imposter syndrome. If you're pivoting into a new space, field, or industry, there are many things you won't know compared to others. There are also many questions you need to ask.
It can take a while, especially if this is your first real job, to feel useful. That can be very mentally draining and taxing. For me, it was realizing that this is normal.
It's a problem that you just have to accept, and time is the only solution. I think that was probably my biggest challenge.
