What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
What I enjoyed most was being a problem solver. No two problems are alike, and there's no cookie-cutter approach. You can tackle any project in any way.
This offers constant variety, leading to continuous learning. You also get pretty awesome access to C-suite executives and those one step below senior VPs. It’s great exposure to important decision-makers.
Secondly, with the variety and project length, you'll never get bored. When one project ends, you quickly get staffed on another. Then there’s the ramp-up, all the learning that comes with it, and taking off to solve new problems again.
So, really, the variety is a huge aspect. The exposure to important decision-makers and having that problem-solving hat on to just soak in is significant.
