Working closely with my team has been extremely rewarding. It's fulfilling to see my coworkers grow and thrive.
Externally, I've had the pleasure of meeting dozens of business owners. I've heard about their successes, how their businesses have grown, and their challenges. I've learned what makes individual companies and people successful.
There are so many good stories and companies doing interesting things. Something on your desk might be produced and designed by someone you'll never meet. Getting the opportunity to meet some of those people and hear their stories is truly rewarding.
