What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
Knowing that I'm part of one of the most dynamic and important sectors in our country, working in healthcare and health insurance, which represents roughly 20% of the GDP, is really important to me. I get to be part of some real challenges.
As a country, we're not particularly healthy, so there are positive initiatives aimed at improving that. The medical field is also working to help patients dealing with various ailments. Being part of that conversation, even in a small way, is rewarding.
Knowing that this impacts everyone across the country is truly rewarding. I hope to be part of some of the solutions that help address those needs in the long run.
