What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most is shaping the future of our organization, every month, every weekday. I get to witness the impact our work has on children's lives.
Seeing the smiles of the individuals we help, whether in pictures or in person at our schools and projects, is incredibly rewarding. We're able to change their lives, especially with the joy of learning.
I believe education is truly precious. Seeing a child light up with the joy of learning something new, or having the opportunity to improve their life or their family's life for the better, is the absolute best feeling.
Knowing they wouldn't have that opportunity without our intervention makes it even more profound.
