Transcript

What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

As a small business owner with one employee, myself, every responsibility is my responsibility, for better or for worse. Of course, there's the day-to-day of working with clients through one-on-one coaching.

But all the peripherals, which includes marketing, that's all me. Admin, work, finances, legal – that's not much, but it's also all me.

I also do a lot of prep work for each client. That's just me, as well as my continuous education and continual growth. My background isn't in therapy, coaching, or anything relational.

In some ways, I had to teach myself from the ground up. At the same time, because of my experience working in engineering, I feel very comfortable recognizing my own client's needs and being able to reach out to them. That's the short version of all my responsibilities.
