What did you do in undergraduate to set you up for success in your career?

Right now, this specific career isn't directly helping me much. But that perseverance is important. Just because I didn't enjoy the prospects of my career or where my major would lead me, doesn't mean I didn't have fun or learn anything.

More importantly, I learned about myself: what I'm up for and what I'm not. I learned what passion feels like. I can give you a 10-hour Ted Talk about how I ignored my feelings through my twenties.

There are incredibly valuable lessons in success and anything that grows or refines you. You can learn from all of that experience. It's up to you to hold the perspective of how it sets you up for later, whether it's your next job, your next career, or a career pivot.
