What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As an account executive, my main role is to sell Bullhorn to net-new clients that are not currently using the solution. A lot of this is on the sales side.
I enjoy territory mapping, prospecting into new accounts, and managing relationships. This involves running deal cycles from the moment they enter our pipeline through demos, contract negotiations, and eventually getting them live on the platform.
Beyond the sales aspect, I also collaborate with our internal product and marketing teams. I help feed them market perception of our solution, which in turn helps shape our product and marketing strategy.
