What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
It really is about working with these founding teams. The goal is to help them get off the ground and see them through the early stages of their struggle.
If building companies were easy, everyone would be doing it. But it's not; there are lots of challenges along the way.
You start to build relationships with these people as they go through their journey. You see them at their best and sometimes at their worst, and they get through it.
To see them succeed and make an impact in the industry, and to see them grow as individuals and as teams, that's hugely rewarding. That part is fantastic.
