What are your main responsibilities within your role?
I'm a solo entrepreneur, so I have to do everything. My number one thing, and what I love to do, is obviously coaching folks.
I also handle marketing, client acquisition, finances, operations, posting, social media – you name it, everything. However, I've learned that to be effective, I need help.
So now I'm working with people who are helping me with all the backend work. This way, I can focus solely on coaching, which is my primary responsibility.
