What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
It's phenomenal when you see people grow and develop. They're actually making changes in their career, their business, how they manage and work. It's quite phenomenal.
You get that feedback without even asking. They'll say, "Wow, that was fantastic. That was a great session." Or a few months later, they'll tell you about a new role they have because of the coaching, or that they're starting a company.
This happens because you were able to influence their direction. So, whether it's direct feedback or just them sharing what's going on in their life, it's phenomenal. I can have an awful day, but then work with a client doing amazing things, and my day just becomes amazing.
