What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

That's a good question. I love creative people. My own creative outlet has changed from when I was younger and an aspiring performing artist to now, where I love interior decorating and design in my own home and my friends' homes.

I get to work in an industry where I support creative people all day and help strategize about business. How do you make money that supports supporting more creative people? It's a cycle.

If we can take funding we create and reinvest it in the creative community in exciting ways, I love that. I just love art in all its forms.

It's fulfilling to engage with people who have talents and skills that I don't possess, whether they're athletes or entertainers. I'm in awe of them, and I enjoy helping them grow their dreams and their businesses. This reinvests into people aspiring to be them in the future.

The fact that I get to do this every day is a blessing. I have friends who work in difficult jobs, like first responders or people on the front lines of hard situations. I always say my responsibility is to create incredible entertainment and support the people who make it. This helps those with hard jobs relax, refresh, and veg out for a bit.

If they can spend two hours watching one of our films or a game, or engaging with our content on social media, and get a reprieve from the very hard things they deal with every day, then I've done my job correctly. I love supporting artistic, creative people and watching the magic they create.
