What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
Seeing the impact is something I love the most about my role. I have partners in product and customer support, and they often resolve the problems. However, they don't always get to see the impact or hear the success stories.
So, I try to tell people about the success of our platform. I get to hear those stories, and I know not every role in the company gets to see the direct impact and the results that come from it. Therefore, I love seeing that what I do actually matters.
