What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I love most is that we are all here for one common goal: to provide housing. Whether you're working for our company or a major competitor, we're all working towards that same objective.
What I love about our company specifically is that we're providing entry-level housing. Our market is for people looking to purchase their first home or get out of renting. We like to sell homes to those individuals.
Obviously, we have different brands for different market levels. But for our division, and for the areas we cover, we try to be the entry-level home builder. It's really cool to be able to provide housing to those people.
