How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I think that all types of people can thrive in this industry. For example, on my own team, we're all very different. We have somebody who learned to code all by themselves, I was in a program, and someone else did a computer science degree.
I think the things that we all share are our sense of curiosity, creativity, and also just being really happy and willing to work together.
