What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
In the tech industry, I found a lot of flexibility and autonomy. After COVID, many companies realized that remote work is important and that you don't always need to be in an office to do your best work.
Having the option to work from home, in an office, or wherever you choose is something I've personally enjoyed about tech. It also really keeps you up to date on what's happening.
As a software engineer, it's exciting to hear about new technologies, new products, and how they are built. Being in this space gives you insight into the newest things that are changing our world.
