What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My responsibilities vary depending on the phase of the project we're in, which is something I personally really enjoy. I like the fluctuation between different types of work, and it definitely doesn't feel monotonous every day.
Primarily, I'm responsible for generating first drafts of all project deliverables. These are usually in Excel with financial modeling or headcount analysis, or in PowerPoint for status reporting, executive reporting, or developing a general checklist for functional one-on-ones.
In addition, I manage all project hygiene. This includes meeting documentation, taking notes, tracking attendees, and sending out calendar invites. I also manage any external communications we need to have with clients.
