How would you describe how people typically thrive in this industry?

I would say very organized. You have to make sure that you can prioritize what needs to get done. In order to do that, you have to remain very organized with what tasks need to get done and when they need to get done.

I would also say there's definitely a lot of independence. I think that's an aspect that helps people thrive very well because my role is very computer facing. I don't deal with customers very often, and a lot of my vendors that are property managers that I work with are online. Learning the role was very independent, so I think being able to learn independently helps a lot.
