What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I think it's really nice to see that a lot of people are very passionate in the construction industry. At least a lot of the people on the office side that I've met through networking are very passionate about construction and building. They have been in the industry for decades.
So they've been a great resource to talk to, and it's been fantastic getting to know people that really love what they're doing.
