Biggest Challenges Faced by a President at Nature's Wild Berry

Hank's biggest challenge as President of Nature's Wild Berry is managing expectations and time, acknowledging that "it's the journey and not the destination," while enjoying the process of building the company. This includes working with a great team, including mentors from *Shark Tank*, and focusing on gradual growth rather than rushing to achieve every goal immediately.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

It's always about managing your time and your expectations. It's within yourself. You want things to move faster and want everyone to see your vision immediately.

Remember, there's a step-by-step process here. People won't jump on board until you give them a reason. It might be because someone has a relative who really needs your product and can see how it helps them.

Or it might be a financial incentive. They don't understand how this berry can be worth their time. For me, it's knowing that it's the journey, not the destination.

I get to be grateful every single day, working with a product I love. I get energy from people, and I get to work with my best friend. I get to work with legends like Mark and Lori on Shark Tank.

Their growth teams are incredible. Everyone asks what they do for you. It's the best decision of my entire life. I feel like we're just getting started.

We need to ensure we have a bright future ahead. I'm not trying to rush the process; I'm trying to enjoy it. I also cut myself slack when my plans and to-do list don't get achieved as fast as I want. That's my answer.
