I'll describe people who want to thrive in this industry as someone who wants to deliver a great end product to the customers, especially live TV. They don't want to just be a grainy old iPhone camera.

They really want to have passion for making the product the best thing that it can be. Also, they want to be involved in cutting-edge technology, working for that change.

Then, they also need patience to see that change through, because things are not going to happen overnight. It is very difficult to prove these POCs, especially with such a high visibility rate.

It's not like you can just cut something, put it on the news, and hope for the best. There are a lot of paying customers involved. So, being able to be patient and also have that passion to change is important.
