What do you enjoy most about being a business operations manager?
First, I like that it's not a mundane position. You're doing something new every single day and facing different problems. The business is always presenting different challenges.
But I think the thing that I like the most is seeing how the changes we're making from a headquarters perspective trickle down and make people's lives at the local stations a lot better. Whether that's increasing training or giving them more support.
I think being able to see that change actually come to life, and seeing people who were originally resistant to the change actually be happy that we made it, is really rewarding.
