At NBC, there's a Media Tech program. This is typically for recently graduated students. They can see how three different parts of the business work, and you can choose your track.
There's an engineering track, an operations track, and another track that I don't know off the top of my head. But those are the two we work with the most.
Other than that, I would say a business analyst would probably be the first tier of business operations, and then you move up.
