What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, I oversee all virtual discovery Salesforce content. This includes Salesforce's week one onboarding program for anyone not going into an office or who is a remote employee.
I also coordinate between Slack and Salesforce's department onboarding programs. A lot of folks go into department onboarding right after, so I ensure that process is seamless.
Having worked with Slack onboarding for a long time, I'm a Slack expert. I'm also skilled at teaching others how to use Slack.
This involves talking to customers about our Slack usage, helping internal staff learn Slack, and conducting general trainings. I'm also part of a large coaching group where employees from across the business can come to us for help with offsites, on-sites, or team-building activities. This is also part of my general role.
