**Q11: Significant Lesson - Career**
What's one lesson you've learned that's proven significant in your career?
One of the biggest lessons I learned before going into business is that business coaches exist, and it's okay to hire help when you're feeling stuck. As a finance coach, I always advise people to hire a coach if they're struggling with their finances.
The same applies to business owners. You can try to reach ambitious monthly goals on your own, or you can learn from a coach who is already achieving them. For instance, my current business coach, at 27 years old, is generating six-figure months.
I'm getting into rooms with people who are learning and implementing these systems. They are helping me with different aspects of my business. So, if you're feeling stuck, look around, network, and find someone who can assist you.
It might be an investment, but the real lesson here is that money is energy. Sometimes, it takes the form of inspiration or education. When I invest in a business coach, the money is gone, but it transforms into new education and experience that I hope will bring back a return.
