What are your main responsibilities in your current role?
In my current role, I'm a one-woman show. Eventually, I want to hire people to help me with different parts of my business.
But right now, I do everything from sales to marketing and customer acquisition. I also partner with brands and manage brand deals. It's literally everything.
I've set up my website and all my sales funnels, and then I do content creation. I think that's one of the biggest pillars of my business.
I do all my own organic reach through TikTok and Instagram, and that's how I get clients. Those are my main responsibilities.
I also have a course or program that people work with me through. I do private coaching and sell digital products, so I manage all of that as well.
