What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I actually really enjoy working in ambiguity. A lot of times, if we're thinking about where we should go strategically for next steps, we need to look at the market.
What are the market trends? What are the industry trends? What are consumers saying? And what does that mean for us and how do we fit into that?
Understanding the company's strengths and weaknesses, and then seeing how you can flesh those out based on the market trends and insights. I'd say that's my favorite part: being able to take those puzzle pieces and fit them together.
Then, we can come up with a solution for our leadership and also for the company in general.
