What entry-level positions are there in the field that an undergrad or graduate student might consider?
I think my path was a little unorthodox. Starting off in engineering at a medical device company, I think this one might be a little challenging for me to answer.
But for this role, if there's any opportunity to upscale or get background in analytics, there are many Coursera courses and Google certifications available. I think taking those would help get the technical aspect of the business down.
For the strategic mindset, I know there are many good books out there. Reading them can help without needing an MBA.
Obviously, getting internships is important. They are more open to you not knowing everything because it is an internship. That's what I would advise.
