What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I'm passionate about improving processes to boost productivity and enhancing positive interactions within the workplace. One of my enjoyments is finding new ways to help my staff make life easier at work, so they go home happy with little to no stress from the job.
Also, the fact that we're contributing to the financial well-being of children within the LA County community who are in need of support from their non-custodial parents is very rewarding. I am actually being a public servant in that way and helping millions of families in the process.
