What is one lesson you've learned that has proven significant in your career?
That's a great question. I think the biggest one is being adaptable. Earlier in my career, and this still happens to me sometimes, and probably will forever, I work really hard on a project.
When the project needs to pivot, or a different idea comes into play, I often had a lot of trouble being okay with that. I struggled not to go with my initial idea or change perspectives because I'd put so much work into it.
Ultimately, that's just the name of the game. You have to be flexible in this forever changing world. So, I think that's been my biggest lesson: just to be adaptable and be okay with change. It's just hard.
