What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
A lot of things I enjoy about Snapchat as a whole. I really enjoy the people we work with. Snapchats, you know, their thing is kind, smart, and creative. That is through everyone you work with, which is really inspiring and amazing.
In my specific role, I enjoy how much of a difference I can make in someone's life. I work on some fairly serious topics in the social impact space, like teen safety. If I spend months and months working on a campaign and I can even save one person from getting in a harmful situation or doing something harmful to themselves, that is a win for me.
That makes a huge difference, and I try to always have that in the back of my head to sort of level set the things that I'm working on.
