Favorite Parts Of Working In The Real Estate Development Industry As A Development Associate
George, a Development Associate, enjoys the creativity inherent in real estate development, noting that "no building is the same" and each project presents unique challenges and a "constant learning curve" that prevents monotony. Development and construction are therefore interesting to George because they are an iterative process of problem solving.

What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I would say it is a very creative industry. No building is the same. Every project is different from the last, so there's always a constant learning curve.
There's never really a dull moment. It's always a new set of challenges, a new problem to solve. There's nothing boring whatsoever about development and construction.
