How would you describe people who typically thrive in your industry?
I think the most important skills go back to work ethic and being resourceful. Those are really important characteristics.
Being successful in real estate is all about sourcing deals and sourcing investors. So, getting out and finding people to invest in your deals and finding deals takes creativity.
If you have good work patterns, are willing to work hard, and do everything you can to find new deals, new investors, and make new connections, that's important. That's the social aspect, because a lot of deals are found that way.
I think most people can be successful with those characteristics. And, of course, you have to have basic math skills, but that's another layer. More importantly are those other features.
