What do you enjoy most about the fintech industry?

I like it because it's a very exciting time to be in the tech industry. The pace at which innovation is happening is really fast.

There's always something that you can do. One thing that I find very fascinating is how because information is so widely available, you can cross-match ideas. You can take something that was used in the military and now use it in shipping. You can take something that was used in healthcare and use the same concept in e-commerce, or even vice versa.

So, there is this cross-pollination of ideas that happens, and I find it very interesting. I was telling you that I'm very fond of the creative process of building products, and this part is very easy to do in the tech industry.

Another thing I find fascinating is that the way of testing your ideas in the tech industry is very fast-paced. You have an idea today. You just put up something small, sometimes something hacky, and then you just put it in the market to see if it even works.

So, the speed at which you get a response on what you're building is very fast, and it helps you learn faster. It helps you grow faster. I feel like that's something that's possible only in the tech industry because it's designed to be flexible, it's designed to be collaborative, and everyone's trying to innovate faster. I really find that very exciting.
