What's been the biggest challenge you face in your role?

As a product manager, you receive complaints, suggestions, and feedback from the ground. All of this information is funneled to you. These are a lot of voices in your head, and many of these ideas can be good ones that you can implement.

You might see that your competitors are doing some of these things. However, filtering them down and knowing which aspect will likely create the biggest impact is a very hard problem to solve. This requires a lot of experience.

I've tried reading a lot and understanding my competitors, gathering much information to arm myself to make those decisions. But I think there is still some gap, and that gap can only be filled with time. Once you keep trying to solve the problem, you learn from experience and then refine your decision-making process.

So, I think that's been a challenge, but I'm determined to push through and get that experience to make better decisions.
