What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, I wear many hats. I'm responsible for architecting large multi-agent systems and developing Gen AI models. I also lead initiatives for fine-tuning them using LoRA (low-rank adaptation).
I manage a team of data scientists and have established ML Ops practices. I'm also spearheading various AI projects, including call summarization, video chatbots, AI email systems, and current OCR projects.
It's a dynamic role that keeps me on my toes, both in terms of learning and managing my team here at RealPage. We break down research papers in our team meetings every week so everyone stays abreast of what's happening in the AI world, which is rapidly changing.
