What skills are most important for a job like yours?
I definitely think the first would be data analysis and storytelling, especially with data. I'm looking at graphs, tables, and individual user comments. I have to translate that into some story, or basically a story I would tell an engineer to try to get them to fix something, or to try to get a product manager to build a certain feature.
So, definitely being able to aggregate data and translate it into something compelling to help decision-making is big. I think being able to juggle a lot of things at once is very important. You're thinking a lot about what issues a user might be facing.
You also have to be an expert on everything about the app and know how every feature works. So, just keeping that in your head while also having to do your day-to-day work. There's a lot that could be going on, and being able to prioritize all of those different things is important.
