Q5: Favorite parts of your role.
What do you enjoy most about being in your current role? I think it's cliche, but there's a new challenge every day. You never know when something could go wrong, or when something great happens in the app.
But I actually think it's being able to understand what the users want. You're kind of bringing in psychology a little bit, reading what users are writing about the app and any suggestions or complaints they have.
It's about being able to understand what might be best for the app and product development and strategy. You kind of have to be able to translate what people are saying into something that can actually help the business.
