What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

My favorite part would be helping brands connect authentically with diverse audiences. My company focuses on bilingual multicultural marketing, so we create campaigns that stand out and really engage in a nuanced way with their target audience, which most of the time are Hispanic audiences.

It's really fun for me to have creative freedom to develop crazy ideas and content and ads that go everywhere, telling impactful stories. That's another important aspect for me and the reason why I'm doing this.

Seeing the campaign come to life at the end of the day is also very rewarding. It's a lot of work creating content, scripts, and shoots, with back and forth with the client. But when it comes to life, it's the most amazing thing.

Seeing all the hard work look amazing and people loving it – that's the best. Finally, to wrap it all up, empowering other Latinas who want to enter the marketing industry, or who came from another country to study here and become part of the United States workforce, is most important. Empowering them through my business is the most important thing.
