What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I would say the biggest challenge is balancing creativity with client expectations. Marketing and design professionals are often passionate about the arts and innovative ideas, but managing those with client needs can be difficult.
Another challenge is managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. I currently work with about seven clients throughout the year. It's tough ensuring everyone is taken care of, all deadlines are met, and campaigns launch on time.
Finally, keeping up with changing social media trends and tools is very hard. Platforms like Meta, Facebook, and Instagram are constantly updating. Staying current with these changes is essential to work efficiently and maximize results for our clients.
