What does a day in the life of an IT manager look like?
I have quite a few responsibilities. Currently, I've become an expert in leading IT and compliance initiatives.
Mainly, I focus on SOC 2, which prepares companies to be customer-ready. This involves building scalable IT infrastructure and managing vendor relationships across the board for cloud and SaaS software.
I've also specialized in onboarding and help desk flows, as well as training. I enjoy making cybersecurity and IT training better and more enjoyable.
