What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I work in video games, and apart from enjoying the games I work on, what I like most about the industry is the passionate people. Most people here love games to some degree and feel a connection to what they're working on.

It's really fulfilling to have conversations and work on projects with people who care about the product and the game as much as you do. In general, I've found the video game industry is good at naturally attracting people who are passionate about the space.

Even in previous jobs within the industry, most people are there because they enjoy the game or feel connected to the product. That's been something really great about working in video games.
