What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

That's an interesting question. I think one of the biggest challenges right now, depending on who's watching this and at what stage of their career, is simply having the time to sit down and grind something out. A lot of the day is filled with meetings.

Meetings are great; you get to interact with other people and gain visibility on different projects. This ensures scope and breadth of coverage for the rest of the year.

However, I'm definitely running into a point where there are so many meetings on the calendar. They're often for things like, "We need visibility on this," or "You should be aware of X, Y, Z coming down the pipeline."

There are times I feel like I just need a day of work blocks where I can actually sit down and build out a report, make a program deck, or create a presentation. I just need to find time to actually do the work.

This goes back to knowing how to prioritize, which is really important. But yes, that's something I'm running into right now.
