What do you enjoy the most about your industry?
I think the thing I like the most is that we have a lot of fun at work. There are undoubtedly very stressful days, and you work very long hours.
But at the end of the day, we get to make a product that people love and are really passionate about. You see it on the big screen, on stage, or on people's Instagram posts.
Being able to do something where both you, in the process of making it, and the end user get to enjoy this tangible product is super rewarding. I think there are very few opportunities to do that in other parts of the world.
So, while the arts and creative can be a challenging career path, I think that rewarding nature is unbeatable.
