What skills are most important for a job like yours?
I'd say the skills important for a job like mine are applicable to any job. The first is a positive attitude. The second is being able to work with a team, be articulate, and just be a good team member, a good, positive person in the office.
I'm managing an intern right now, and I ask my intern about the basic skills or requirements, at least from my end. You need to show up to work every day with a good attitude and be a good team player.
The hard skills will come in my job. So, being able to do analysis and quickly identify trends in the data, some of the harder skills, those will come with time and practice for anyone. But I think it's the soft skills that are the most important.
