How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
First, go-getters. People who really thrive are the ones who want it the most. You'll see them putting in the extra effort, not just in their day-to-day work, but in any business-related pursuits for the company and their own personal growth. Definitely go-getters thrive the most.
Also, I think generally kind people. I work with a lot of really nice people, and that creates a really nice environment. This makes everything from client work to personal work that much easier.
I think they also thrive the most because you want to work in a nice environment. Being a kind person enables that.
