I think there are various growth possibilities. I've definitely undergone a lot of career and personal growth since I've been in this industry and in this role.

In terms of my skills, from communication to the various technologies we use, and industry-related knowledge, I've definitely had a lot of growth there. I could feel it and sense it.

When I talk to clients and coworkers, it's very different than when I first started. The industry allows for this because you're learning so many things and so much is happening simultaneously. You're also working with business professionals.

So, I think it's a really cool aspect of the industry, and it's what I enjoy the most.
